Paul Bovell, President
​
Paul is the founder, president and owner of Division 2 Contracting and Division 2 Environmental, and is also the senior project manager for all Division 2 Contracting projects. Paul has extensive experience with select and technical structural demolition, concrete cutting and excavation and holds CSA Z317.13 certifications for infection control during construction in healthcare facilities.

MANAGER
Oliver Brett, Vice President Administration ​
Oliver is the Vice President Administration for Division 2 Contracting and is also the project coordinator for all Division 2 projects. Oliver joined Division 2 Contracting in 2017 after 20+ years project and general managing in the manufacturing industry.
Kevin Bloom, Director of Operations
​
Kevin is the Director of Operations for Division 2 Contracting. Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in demolition and abatement projects and has extensive experience with large, complex structural demolition and excavation projects. Kevin holds among others, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
TARIQ ASLAM
FLEET &
DISPOSAL
MANAGER
Tariq Aslam, Fleet Manager

Tariq is the fleet and disposal manager for Division 2 Contracting. Tariq manages the day to day scheduling and operations of Division 2’s fleet of trucks and equipment. Tariq started with Division 2 Contracting as a site foreman and now holds a key position within the operations team.
Craig Braconnier, General Superintendent
​
Craig is the General Superintendent for Division 2 Contracting. Craig is responsible for overseeing the daily site operations for Division 2 Contracting. Craig has 15+ years of experience in demolition and has been the Superintendent on some of Division 2’s largest and most complex demolition projects. Craig has extensive experience with demolition in active healthcare facilities and holds, among others, CSA Z317.13 certification for infection control.
PARM JAIYA
HSE
Parm Jaiya, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager
​
Parm is the HSE Manager for Division 2 Contracting and Division 2 Environmental. Parm joined Division 2 in 2017 in an administrative capacity and moved into the HSE position shortly thereafter. Parm holds, among others, CSO, TSC, COR internal auditor, AHERA Building Inspector and Moderate and High Risk Abatement certifications. Parm led Division 2 through its successful BCCSA COR certification in early 2021.
